Designer Kia Utzon-Frank meticulously crafts sponge cakes to look like marble geometric sculptures. She prints the marble texture onto sheets of fondant, which she then layers on the surface of the cakes. On the inside, she layers thin pieces of sponge one on top of the other to create a gradient effect.
